The London Asian Film Festival ran a volunteering and internship programme alongside their festival. The interns received 400 hours of training and practical experience through supporting staff with the planning, running and execution of the festival. Volunteers received 112 hours of training each and supported the running of the festival in all manner of areas such as health and safety, media, customer care and stewarding.
