2Funky Arts, together with Carol Leeming, delivered a high quality artist development programme for 16 urban artists , from Leicester, Nottingham and Derby. The programme included working with live musicians, mentoring from Carol Leeming, guest speakers and a live showcase at the end to which industry members (e.g. labels) were invited to enable networking and further opportunities. After the programme, they continued to support the artists, assisted in bookings, marketing and management.
